Memorandum of understanding with the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Diplomatic Academy entered into a partnership through a memorandum of understanding with the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the development and training of diplomats and knowledge and research cooperation. It was signed by His Excellency Mr. Absher Omar Jama, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia, and Counselor Rashid bin Safar Al-Hajri, President of the Diplomatic Academy. This is on the sidelines of the visit of the Prime Minister of Somalia and his accompanying delegation to the State of Qatar.
