Program Objectives
The International Negotiations and Diplomacy Program works to establish and refine the skills necessary for participants in negotiation processes by learning about the rules of negotiation, its elements, different negotiation strategies, bargaining skills, evaluating the negotiation process, assessing its strengths and weaknesses, and the ability to formulate arguments and evidence and direct questions in a format that combines the theoretical, cognitive and practical aspects.
