The Diplomatic Academy, in partnership with the Katara Center for Public Diplomacy, concluded the international training program (Humanitarian Diplomacy), which lasted for three days during the period from February 16-18, 2025.

The Diplomatic Academy, in partnership with the Katara Center for Public Diplomacy, concluded the international training program (Humanitarian Diplomacy), which lasted for three days during the period from February 16-18, 2025. The program was presented by Prof. Dr. Ali Al Ibrahim, Vice President of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility. Professor Rushdi Masoud contributed to the training in some qualitative applications based on the experience of the Red Crescent as well as the International Red Cross and Red Crescent, with qualitative participation from the State of Qatar and other Arab countries such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Lebanese Republic and a diplomat from the Guinean Embassy.

The program included tools for employing humanitarian diplomacy to achieve world peace, and presentations of international experiences in the field of humanitarian diplomacy. Participants also learned about the experiences of experts in humanitarian diplomacy.

At the end of the program, trainees received a certificate of completion of a training course from the Diplomatic Academy and the Katara Center for Public Diplomacy, an international specialist card in humanitarian diplomacy, and a training bag with international standards.
