The Diplomatic Academy and Katara Center for Public Diplomacy concluded the training program on international and diplomatic protocol and etiquette on September 25 and 26, 2024.

The Diplomatic Academy and Katara Center for Public Diplomacy concluded the training program on international and diplomatic protocol and etiquette on September 25 and 26, 2024. The program was presented by Counselor Rashid Al Hajri, President of the Diplomatic Academy, with qualitative participation from the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the Republic of Tunisia, and a number of employees of the Katara Cultural Village.

During the training course, workshops, knowledge lectures, and practical applications were held in various skills that employees in official institutions must possess.

The program also included enhancing the participants’ skills in how to practice the rules and proper behaviors in official and personal dealings recognized internationally, and providing them with full knowledge of the concepts and basics of both etiquette and protocol, and the necessary and internationally recognized skills in dealing with dignitaries and official guests and in various local and international occasions, events, and forums.

At the end of the program, the trainees were awarded certificates of completion of a training course from the program accredited by the Diplomatic Academy and the Katara Center for Public Diplomacy.
